Jacobs is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil design for site development on federal facilities within the Federal & Environmental Solutions unit. You will manage project quality, client service, staffing, and profitability, mentoring EITs and civil staff across complex designs.

Responsibilities include site layouts, utilities, pavements, drainage, stormwater and erosion control, writing specs, construction reviews, and cost-effective phased upgrades.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• 15+ years of progressive responsibility on site development projects including sealing design documents as Engineer of Record
• ABET-accredited civil engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters)
• Strong background in plan production and leading design teams

Responsabilités

• Lead civil engineering work quality, client service, staffing utilization and project profitability.
• Oversee site development for federal facilities, including utilities, pavements, grading, drainage and stormwater management.
• Coordinate with other design disciplines; write specs and develop integrated facility site plans.
• Lead labor budgets for civil design and plan phased upgrades for site infrastructure.
• Attend multi-discipline meetings, mentor EITs and civil staff, and report progress to PMs/clients.
