Job summary

WSP seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Facilities team and lead site civil design on complex facility and infrastructure projects across multiple markets. Responsibilities include grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management, with emphasis on 3D design and cross‑discipline coordination.

The role supports projects from concept through construction in Boise, ID or other listed locations, offering mentoring, development opportunities, and a collaborative global environment.

Qualifications

• BS in civil engineering with strong site design knowledge.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience with site/land development.
• Ability to adapt engineering principles to projects and clients.
• Experience in grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform site civil design including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management for facility projects.
• Develop design solutions using AutoCAD Civil 3D and terrain modeling tools for 3D coordination.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors.
• Support permitting and regulatory agency coordination and review.
• Assist with construction administration and field questions as needed.
• Take ownership of tasks and contribute to project success with QA/QC.
