The role requires a PE license, 10+ years in civil engineering, and strong experience in grading, drainage, and utility design. A hybrid work schedule with some travel is offered, along with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• Minimum 10 years of civil engineering design, project delivery, or related industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple civil projects from concept through completion.
• Ensure designs meet military and federal design standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate site development, grading, drainage, utility, and site layout plans.
• Support field operations with site visits and technical guidance.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
