Responsibilities

• Lead site plan design and prepare specifications for civil projects.
• Prepare and manage NJDOT Local Aid, Open Space, and CDBG grant applications and programs.
• Plan projects, provide cost estimates, and develop effective solutions.
• Attend municipal, board, and town meetings as required.
• Track project budgets and financial performance.
• Interact with clients at a high level and manage staff.
• Prepare public bid documents.
• Supervise and train staff.
