• Track project budgets and financial performance.
• Interact with clients at a high level and manage staff.

Key responsibilities include site plan design, grant preparation, project planning and budgeting, participation in municipal meetings, financial tracking, preparation of bid documents, and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Site plan design and preparation of specifications
• Preparation of and management of NJDOT Local Aid, Open Space, and CDBG grant applications and programs
• Project planning, including providing recommendations, preparing cost estimates, and developing solutions
• Attend necessary municipal, board, town, and other relevant meetings
• Financial project tracking and budget analysis
• High level client interaction and management

Qualifications
