We are seeking an experienced and licensed Senior Civil Engineer (P.E.) to lead land development design projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong background in site development, infrastructure design, and client coordination. You will oversee engineering teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and serve as a technical lead on a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and engineering of land development projects including grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility layout, and roadway design.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers, designers, and CAD technicians.
• Perform site evaluations and feasibility studies, preparing conceptual designs and reports for clients and permitting agencies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Review technical work for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
• Coordinate with surveyors, architects, environmental consultants, contractors, and permitting agencies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring project satisfaction.
• Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, attending client meetings, and identifying new opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on land/site development.
• Proficient in engineering software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and stormwater modeling tools (e.g., HEC-RAS, Hydraflow).
• Strong knowledge of site planning, grading, erosion control, and utility design.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
