Job Description

We are seeking an experienced civil engineering professional to lead and manage projects from initial concept through completion. This role involves overseeing project teams, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineers, designers, and technical staff.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to define project requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to collect data and inform design decisions.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
