• Serve as a technical lead, overseeing the planning, design, and preparation of specifications, drawings, bid packages, engineering cost estimates, calculations, studies, and reports.
• Help senior managers with proposal preparation, including statements of work and pricing.
• Mentor and train junior civil engineering staff.
• Review and approve design work and engineering reports prepared by others.
