Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Jacksonville, FL to lead multiple civil projects in accordance with U.S. military standards. You will guide a design team and collaborate across disciplines.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, a P.E. license, 10–12+ years of civil design experience on industrial sites, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Hybrid work with relocation support is offered.

Senior Civil Engineer Requirements & Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering (required)
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) License (required)
• 10-12+ years of civil design experience, with a focus on industrial construction projects (land development, building pads, site infrastructure)
• 6+ years of experience in drainage, grading, and utility design
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Word, and MS Excel
• Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
