Job summary

ELEVATE GROUP HAWAI'I seeks a senior civil engineer to lead and manage engineering teams on major airport infrastructure projects in Hawai'i. You will direct planning, design and delivery, manage schedules and budgets, and foster strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates hold a PE license with 10+ years in civil engineering and substantial leadership experience, with preference for transportation and aviation project exposure. Hawaii-based leadership role offering significant project impact.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Professional Engineer license.
• Prefer 10+ years civil engineering experience with leadership.
• Aviation/transportation experience preferred; 2–3 years aviation experience ideal.

Job description

Lead and manage engineering teams and complex airport civil infrastructure projects, including runways, taxiways, aprons, and drainage systems. Coordinate project planning, design, delivery, schedules, budgets, client relationships, and financial performance.

Requirements: Must hold a Professional Engineer license and preferably have at least 10 years of civil engineering experience, including leadership experience. Transportation experience is preferred, and two to three years of aviation experience is considered ideal.
