Job summary

ANS is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm dedicated to delivering renewable energy solutions, including PV, BESS, HV, and wind projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead engineering on multi-discipline projects and directly interact with clients.
• Coordinate with hydrology, geotechnical, structural, and other civil engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership for staff using Civil 3D to produce engineering construction plans.
• Review and supervise calculations performed by others to ensure quality standards and compliance.
• Oversee project-level financials and prepare proposals for renewable projects.
• Assign tasks to junior engineering staff working on renewables projects.
• Provide construction support to clients.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• Experience in data center and large‑scale site development projects is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as Civil 3D and HydroCAD.
• Experience in renewable energy projects such as solar, wind, or battery storage is highly preferred.
• 8 to 15 years of relevant experience.

$130,000 - $150,000 a year
