Bohler’s Chalfont, PA office is seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer who’s ready to take the next step in technical leadership. In this role, you’ll lead site design, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and permitting, while ensuring design quality, constructability, and compliance.

You’ll serve as a trusted technical resource, guiding junior engineers, collaborating with clients and regulators, and contributing to complex, high-profile Bucks County projects from concept through

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in land development design and permitting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• PE license is beneficial; EIT required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Design and review grading, drainage, and utility plans for complex sites.
• Conduct zoning research and site feasibility analyses.
• Support project coordination with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Review design deliverables for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with and provide guidance to junior engineers and designers.
• Perform hydrology, stormwater, and earthwork calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Contribute to project budgeting, workload planning, and task coordination.
