Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead on-site delivery, ensuring quality, safety and financial performance across engineering projects. You will coordinate contract submissions, lead the project execution plan and manage subcontractors while upholding Sisk’s HSEQS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field, ideally chartered.
• IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) Health & Safety certification is desirable.
• Experience with live energy works permits and safety training is preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities are required.
• Proven ability to analyse contracts, understand commercial implications and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities: programmes, method statements and contract submissions.
• Coordinate procurement and establish the project execution plan with the team.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, design delivery and commercial reporting.
• Drive project delivery to meet HSEQS requirements and budget targets.
• Ensure close-out, defects management and final accounts processes are completed.
