Job summary

LEMOINE is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent in the Rayville, LA area to lead field operations, focus on safety, productivity, and quality, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers. The role oversees projects with substantial annual revenue and directs schedule-driven activities from kickoff through completion.

You will manage cost reporting, apply QA/QC controls, and mentor on-site teams to uphold LEMOINE's standards of execution and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in construction management, engineering, or related field.
5+ years in a field supervisory role for commercial contractors or subs.
Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling for construction trades.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe work practices in pre-installation meetings with site-specific safety plans.
Lead on-site safety meetings and monitor high-risk areas.
Implement QA/QC procedures and correct non-conforming work including follow-up inspections.
Oversee construction of projects with significant revenue and complexity.
Monitor project cost reports and investigate variances from budgets.
Develop preliminary schedules, milestones, and material deliveries.
Provide guidance to assistants and field staff on the project.
