Job summary

The Great Lakes Construction Co. is seeking a Project Manager to lead project startup, scheduling, billing, and financial reporting.

You will chair planning meetings, review costs, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have at least five years of experience in heavy civil construction and a degree in civil engineering or construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Educational equivalent or relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Registered Professional Engineer License preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety, quality, efficiency and core values.
• Oversees project schedule development to deliver on time, within scope and budget.
• Supervises project buyout with estimator and reviews submittals/RFI process.
• Leads planning meetings and coordinates with project team and owner.
