Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred; hands-on field leadership considered.
• Experience managing civil site development, heavy civil, or public infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with field inspections, RFI tracking, pay applications, and change orders.
• Knowledge of Ohio EPA standards, erosion control, and site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day civil construction activities in site development, earthwork, utilities, paving, and stormwater systems.
• Oversee field change requests, RFIs, and change orders to manage scope and cost.
• Lead coordination meetings with contractors, developers, engineers, and inspectors; maintain audit trail.
• Ensure schedule, quality, and regulatory compliance meet project targets.
