Responsibilities

• Manage project performance: control costs, schedule, and overall success.
• Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Coordinate scheduling with crews, subs, and DOT timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Address design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
