Join to apply for the Senior Civil Construction Inspector role at HDR.

In the role of Senior Civil Construction Inspector, you'll be responsible for:

1. Conducting and documenting observations of civil construction projects, including roads, bridges, water/wastewater facilities, pump stations, and pipelines.
2. Mentoring junior staff and providing supervision as needed.
3. Collaborating with project teams and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
4. Serving as the senior inspector on projects and performing other duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical school or Associate degree.
• Relevant industry certifications, such as OSHA 10, Roadway Paving Inspector, Asphalt Plant Technician, etc.
• TDOT experience or equivalent, with specific certifications preferred.
• Ability to interpret construction schedules.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to pass drug screening and adhere to safety protocols.
