Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/public administration or related field; four years of experience managing or supervising high-visibility programs or projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead citywide programs, manage budgets, and ensure policy compliance.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments, external agencies, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and controls citywide programs and projects; provides expert advice to City management.
• Monitors compliance with policies and program requirements; enforces procedures.
• Represents the City in meetings with governmental and community organizations.
• Prepares progress reports and grant/annual performance submissions.
• Negotiates contracts and coordinate with property developers as needed.
• Oversees staff, training, and professional development.
• Evaluates legislation and policy implications for City operations.
