Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a Citrix Support Specialist in Dearborn, Michigan. This role involves providing technical support for users utilizing Citrix XenApp. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience in a Citrix environment, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage a large Citrix farm with over 2000 concurrent users.

The successful applicant will have deep knowledge of Citrix components, printing solutions, and will be responsible for incident and problem management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working experience in Citrix environment.
• Very good knowledge in Citrix and VDI management.
• Extensive knowledge in Citrix Printing & third-party printing products.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for Citrix XenApp users.
• Handle Problem Management calls and root cause analysis.
• Support and manage a large Citrix farm with 2000+ concurrent users.
