Job summary

Quantum Technology Group (QTG) is seeking a Senior Citrix NetScaler Engineer to support the VA Enterprise Load Balancing Solution. This remote, US-based role requires hands-on engineering, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of NetScaler ADC platforms, including HA, GSLB, and PKI integrations.

You will work with enterprise teams to deploy, patch, monitor, and optimize the NetScaler stack, ensuring security and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field
5+ years of enterprise ADC/load-balancing experience including NetScaler
OEM certification appropriate to assigned engineering work

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain NetScaler ADC platforms, HA pairs, virtual servers, service groups, monitors, policies, certificates, and traffic-management features
Implement and troubleshoot L4/L7 load balancing, GSLB, content-based routing, SSL/TLS, PKI integrations, WAF, and related ADC capabilities
Support configuration baselines, patching, firmware/software lifecycle, backups, failover, capacity/performance monitoring, and compliance
Integrate the platform with enterprise logging, monitoring, identity, DNS, and centralized management/orchestration
Support deployment readiness, cutovers, migration waves, post-cutover validation, and production acceptance
Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting and collaborate with OEM senior engineering on complex incidents and design questions
