Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Citrix, VDI & End User Services)

Job Location : Austin TX (onsite role - All 5 days)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join the End User Services Citrix Engineering team. This individual will serve as a senior technical engineer responsible for the design, engineering, automation, optimization, and operational support of a global Citrix and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environment.

The ideal candidate has deep experience across Citrix Cloud, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Windows desktop engineering, Azure-hosted VDI, VMware virtualization, authentication technologies, profile management, monitoring, and automation. This role requires a practical engineering mindset, strong ownership, excellent communication, and the ability to convert recurring operational pain points into repeatable automation and measurable platform improvements.

Experience Requirements

Required Experience

• 8+ years of Windows infrastructure or end user computing engineering experience.
• 8+ years supporting enterprise Citrix environments.
• 5+ years supporting large-scale VDI deployments.
• 5+ years developing and supporting production-grade PowerShell automation.
• Experience supporting environments with thousands of users across multiple regions.
• Experience leading major infrastructure, desktop, VDI, or cloud transformation projects.

Preferred Experience
