Job summary

NorthHill Technology seeks a Senior Systems Engineer - Citrix to lead design, deployment, and optimization of an enterprise Citrix VDI environment in a cloud-first, secure government context.

You will configure CVAD components, PVS/MCS, FSLogix, and integrate IdAM. The role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly, Linux/Windows, and DevSecOps practices.

The position is on-site in Sterling, VA, direct-hire with a fast-growing federal client.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly is required.
• Security+ CE certification per DoDD 8140 is required.
• Expertise with Linux cloud environments and Citrix VDI architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Citrix CVAD in a 100% Cloud environment.
• Configure Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, NetScaler/ADC and related components.
• Manage Citrix PVS or MCS for desktop image management.
• Maintain Citrix infrastructure including VDAs and storage systems.
• Optimize VDI performance via monitoring and capacity planning.
• Configure FSLogix user profiles and address complex issues.
