Qualifications
- Significant, recent hands-on experience as a Senior Cisco Network Engineer or similar role.
- Advanced Cisco wireless and routing/switching experience in large multi-site enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Design and support enterprise Cisco wireless networks for diverse locations; plan access point density with Ekahau.
- Develop wireless designs for new sites using Ekahau predictive modeling.
- Troubleshoot wireless coverage, interference, and performance across high-density environments.
- Mentor other engineers in wireless technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide hands-on support for Cisco routing and switching infrastructure and upgrades.
- Review planned network changes to optimize security and reliability.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex network issues.
