Job summary

Core4ce is seeking a skilled SD-WAN Engineer SME to lead deployment and ongoing management of our Cisco SD-WAN fabric across the enterprise. You will translate business requirements into scalable, policy-driven networks and document changes and architectures.

The ideal candidate has TS clearance eligibility, deep Cisco SD-WAN expertise (vManage/vSmart/vBond, cEdge), strong routing, VPN, and security knowledge, plus a track record of delivering reliable network solutions in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain TS security clearance.
• Expertise in Cisco SD-WAN fabric architecture (vManage, vSmart, vBond, WAN Edge).
• Proven experience deploying Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) solutions.
• Strong routing knowledge: OMP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
• Solid foundation in LAN/WAN, VPN, QoS, and security.
• PKI experience: certificates, CA, HSMs, CRLs.
• VXLAN overlay networking experience.
• Experience with SD-WAN in healthcare or government environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and sustainment of enterprise Cisco SD-WAN.
• Configure SDN controllers and network components for automated policy-driven networks.
• Serve as escalation point for complex overlay and fabric issues.
• Document network diagrams, SOPs, and reference materials.
• Ensure incidents and requests meet SLAs and drive continuous improvement.
