Job summary

Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) in Florida is seeking a Cisco SD-WAN Solution Architect for a 6+ month contract. The role is based in Orlando/Miami with hybrid onsite expectations (1 week per month) and a pay rate of $70/hr on W2.

Qualifications

20+ years of experience in enterprise networking, architecture, or engineering.
5+ years of hands-on Cisco SD-WAN / Viptela experience.
Deep expertise in Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN architecture and deployment.

Responsibilities

Review and validate Cisco SD-WAN architecture and designs against best practices.
Assess topology, hub/mesh, routing, segmentation, resiliency, multicast, and configuration strategies.
Identify architectural gaps, risks, and scalability concerns.
Recommend standardization, automation, and orchestration improvements.
Ensure repeatable deployment across diverse site types and environments.
Lead design reviews and architecture governance sessions.
Develop deployment playbooks and readiness assessments.
