Job summary

MarinHealth is seeking a Network and Telecommunications Engineer to administer, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise voice and network systems across MarinHealth. This on-site role in Greenbrae, CA supports Cisco Unity, CUCM, UCCX, CER, and Attendant consoles within a secure, scalable network environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in networking, 5+ years with Cisco voice platforms, and experience with wiring and cabling. Healthcare experience is preferred; on-call rotation required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on networking experience.
• 5+ years administering Cisco Unity, CUCM, UCCX, CER.
• Experience with wiring and cabling and physical phone installations.
• Healthcare or regulated environments experience preferred.
• Technical certifications such as CCNA/CISSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise voice and network systems, focusing on Cisco platforms.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable network infrastructures.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex network and telephony issues.
• Collaborate with IT operations, systems engineers, and clinic staff.
• Lead and mentor technical support team members.
• Uphold patient privacy and healthcare compliance.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
