Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Circuit Design Engineer to join a global circuits team developing advanced processors and IPs. You will drive RTL-to-layout of digital blocks, optimize power, performance and area, and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative environment.

You will work on deep submicron processes, analyze performance with Spice/EM/IR techniques, and contribute to novel design flows and IPs across NVIDIA's product lines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital circuit design experience for Masters and 8+ years for Bachelors.
• Hands on experience in Spice simulations, EM/IR analysis, and STA/closure.
• Basic understanding of layout (DRC/LVS) and/or PnR tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ground breaking processor design in deep submicron technologies.
• Design innovative circuits for hardware security, adaptive clocking, and power management.
• Drive the design and physical implementation of custom digital IPs from RTL to layout.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve power, performance, area and reliability.
• Develop prototypes of patentable ideas on test chips and drive them to deployment.
