Adidev Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior CIAM Product Owner to lead the strategy and execution of customer identity and access management initiatives.

You will own the CIAM roadmap, collaborate with engineering and security, and maximize ForgeRock, Ping Identity, and Transmit Security integrations across customer-facing apps. You will work with UX, compliance and legal teams to ensure seamless, compliant identity flows (GDPR, CCPA) while guiding identity lifecycle improvements based on data

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with CIAM focus.
• Proven experience deploying or managing ForgeRock, Ping Identity and/or Transmit Security.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, FIDO.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with development and architecture teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/InfoSec/PM; Master’s preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive the CIAM product roadmap across security, business and UX.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture and security to define and deliver features.
• Serve as SME on ForgeRock, Ping Identity and Transmit Security platforms.
• Define and maintain backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria (MFA, SSO, adaptive auth, consent).
• Ensure identity flows are user-friendly and compliant with GDPR/CCPA.
• Analyze identity data and feedback to improve lifecycle management.
• Monitor trends to evolve CIAM strategy.
