Job summary

SOHOGlobalTechnologiesInc is seeking a highly experienced ForgeRock Architect with 10+ years of deep expertise in CIAM platform architecture, ForgeRock IDM/AM, and enterprise IAM modernization. This role serves as the overall CIAM technical lead, guiding architecture, design, and implementation for complex identity ecosystems across large-scale digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end CIAM strategy, mentor engineering teams, and ensure secure, scalable, standards-aligned IAM

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, implementing, and optimizing ForgeRock Identity Platform components
• Strong experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML for integration and orchestration
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts, standards, and protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels

Responsibilities

• CIAM Architecture Leadership — Serve as the overall CIAM platform architect and guide CIAM/ForgeRock team on architecture, design, and implementation best practices
• Design, develop, and implement ForgeRock IAM solutions aligned with business and security requirements
• Collaborate with business, security, and engineering stakeholders to define IAM policies, authentication flows, authorization models, and integration patterns
• Architect and optimize authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, and identity federation workflows
• Lead solution blueprinting, technical design reviews, and CIAM roadmap planning
• Document architecture decisions, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure knowledge management and operational continuity
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex IAM issues across distributed systems
• Ensure CIAM solutions adhere to industry standards, security protocols, and compliance frameworks
