Job summary

BinTech Group in Jersey City is looking for a CIAM Deployment Engineer to design and deploy a microservices-based identity platform that scales with customer demand. You will collaborate with the IDaaS provider, engineering, and security teams to implement SAST/DAST, logging, and CI/CD pipelines from development to QA.

Responsibilities include implementing Java/Python/JavaScript microservices, ForgeRock configuration, Dynatrace integration, Grafana dashboards, and SOC2/NIST-aligned security

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Java, Python, JavaScript or other programming languages.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud deployments, CI/CD tools and service integrations.
• 2+ years experience with SIEM tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk.
• 5+ years of experience with RESTful and Event Driven API Gateways.
• 3+ years experience with cloud architecture (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• 3+ years experience with IDaaS software (ForgeRock, Auth0, Ping).
• Experience with compliance and security regulations including SOC2 and NIST.

Responsibilities

• Configure ForgeRock hosted pages and Compile CIAM Runbook.
• Socialize Runbook with Production Support Team and ForgeRock.
• Integrate Dynatrace with Prometheus as SIEM for CIAM platform.
• Configure Dynatrace to measure transaction latency for degradation detection.
• Configure Grafana dashboards to monitor the CIAM platform.
• Orchestrate testing (DAST and SAST) of microservices in CI/CD pipeline.

Job Description:
The CIAM Deployment Engineer will work with the Customer Identity Access Management team, the IDaaS Provider, and other teams and vendors to engineer the microservices based platform to support wide customer identity access management. Included responsibilities for this role are developing and testing microservices, including implementing SAST and DAST, implementing logging and ensuring that the services meet performance expectations. The CIAM Deployment Engineer will integrate the CIAM Platform to work with monitoring tools and will engineer the testing of the code as it migrates using CI/CD pipelines from Development to QA.
Responsibilities:
Implement Java/JavaScript microservices as part of development of CIAM platform
Configure ForgeRock hosted pages
Compile CIAM microservices platform Runbook
Socialize Runbook with Production Support Team and where applicable with ForgeRock
Integrate Dynatrace with Prometheus as the SIEM solution for the CIAM platform
Configure Dynatrace to measure transaction latency for easy detection and identification by support of degradation of services and issues
Configure Grafana dashboards to enable support to monitor the CIAM platform .
Orchestrate testing (DAST and SAST) of microservices in CI/CD pipeline.
