Job summary

Deloitte Global is seeking an experienced IAM/Java professional to develop, implement and support identity access management systems, ensuring secure access across Deloitte applications.

The role collaborates with teammates to define the future identity management vision, supports 24x7 on-call rotations, and requires hands-on experience with Ping Identity, Azure Entra, Java/J2EE, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' CIAM vendor experience (Azure Entra ID, Ping Identity).
• Minimum 2 years Java development (Java/J2EE).
• Experience customizing PingAM UI and SDK usage.
• Experience with IAM/CIAM deployment and testing.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
• Willingness for 24x7 on-call.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and support IAM systems for identities, access controls, and authentication.
• Collaborate with team to ensure secure access to Deloitte applications.
• Define future vision of identity management across business units.
• Participate in rotating 24x7 on-call schedule.
