Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. CI Targeting Cell Support (Targeting Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI.

The role develops CI leads from open-source and classified sources, creates target nominations, and provides analytical support across targeting operations. The position requires extensive CI/HUMINT experience, security clearance TS/SCI with poly, and a background in analyzing global threat indicators.

Qualifications

• minimum of four years of experience as a CI/HUMINT targeting officer or a relevant degree with targeting coursework

Responsibilities

• Develop CI leads based on requirements and open-source/classified research.
• Develop targets and target systems for joint lethal and non-lethal engagements.
• Produce source analytic damage estimates and contribute to battle damage assessments.
• Conduct collateral damage estimation and target list management.
• Provide recommendations for target prioritization to support plans and operations.
• Deliver CI targeting methodologies training to government personnel as needed.
