Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Lead, Continuous Improvement and Productivity to drive PEAK-based productivity across sites. Remote role with heavy interaction with global supply chain leaders, focusing on capability deployment and Lean Sigma/TPM tools.

The role emphasizes coaching senior teams, delivering cost improvements, and aligning CI initiatives with the enterprise strategy, while supporting global PEAK objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years’ experience in Central Supply Chain with continuous improvement methods.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving cost improvements.
• Certification in Six Sigma / Lean / TPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development of Master Plan to deliver objectives via system deployment.
• Work with site leadership to deploy monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
• Coach leaders to integrate CI methods and PEAK strategy.
• Enable deployment of value stream optimization and process improvements.
• Provide analytics to support project selection and ROI validation.
• Lead governance with regular performance reporting.
