Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Lean Supply Chain expert to deploy, govern, and continuously improve the Lean Supply Chain Pillar within the Conagra Performance System. You will partner with manufacturing sites, platform leadership, supply chain teams, and enterprise stakeholders to eliminate losses and drive sustainable performance.

You will leverage Lean methodologies, data analytics, and digital manufacturing tools to identify opportunities, prioritize improvements, and accelerate business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operational Excellence.
• Demonstrated success applying Lean methodologies and performance metrics to deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical and executive presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support governance, standards, and maturity progression of Lean Supply Chain within the Conagra Performance System.
• Align Lean initiatives with Manufacturing Excellence priorities and enterprise systems.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce losses and improve performance.
• Use data analytics and root-cause problem solving to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional improvement activities to boost productivity and service levels.
• Develop scorecards and KPI frameworks to support enterprise decision making.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights, trends, and recommendations.
• Partner with operations, engineering, IT, and digital teams to implement scalable improvements.
