Job summary

HP is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager (Expert, Non-People Manager) to lead multi-year CI initiatives across its distribution operations. This hands-on role partners with cross-functional leaders to design and implement improvements that boost efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is Lean Six Sigma trained with strong data analytics, project management, and change management skills, capable of delivering measurable savings in a high-volume distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in process improvement or operational excellence within distribution operations, logistics, or manufacturing (tech sector preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in a continuous improvement leadership or senior project management role.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or higher) certification.
• Demonstrated success leading transformational projects with cost savings and service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the multi‑year CI roadmap for HP's distribution operations.
• Identify and prioritize high‑impact opportunities using data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead large‑scale cross‑functional projects (automation, digitalization, layout enhancements).
• Partner with Supply Chain Operations leadership to standardize processes and optimize distribution flow.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and present progress to senior leadership.
• Coach CI practitioners and teams to embed continuous improvement.
• Drive Lean culture with training, Kaizen events, and cross‑functional sessions.
• Establish KPIs and ensure adoption of CI practices across the network.
