Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR, EAR and export control regulations.

Responsibilities

• Leading threat assessments and foreign influence analysis across NOAA research programmes.
• Developing CI-focused due diligence processes for classified and unclassified research collaborations.
• Contributing to export control policy and technology control plan assessments.
• Building procedures to identify and mitigate nation-state threats to NOAA research.
• Developing the NOAA Critical Assets List and identifying critical technologies.
• Briefer NOAA personnel on CI trends and threat indicators.
• Leading supply chain risk management processes to protect research integrity.
