Job summary

IAPMO is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer/Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives and optimize warehouse operations across our distribution network. This role emphasizes CI leadership, Kaizen events, and DMAIC project execution.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, 3+ years in warehouse or 3PL environments, and proficiency with WMS, AutoCAD, Excel, and Power BI. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of warehouse/distribution or 3PL experience.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge; Green Belt preferred.
• Experience with WMS, AutoCAD, Excel, and Power BI.
• Ability to lead CI, Kaizen, DMAIC, and improvement projects.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.
