Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Device or highly regulated industry.
• Lean manufacturing certification preferred.
• Shingijutsu methodology experience or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead value stream mapping workshops and kaizen events.
• Oversee future state implementation.
• Monitor and improve lean metrics (lead time, changeover time, inventory levels).
• Evaluate and implement process and process-flow improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste while maintaining product quality.
• Partner with Finance to quantify CI cost reductions.
• Personally execute improvements and coach others in Lean concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify root causes and evaluate potential solutions against requirements.
• Follow company standards for process development, quality and safety.
• Support New Product Introduction and ramp-up plans.
