Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Engineer to own and improve our Continuous Integration platform. You will design secure, automated CI/CD pipelines that span multiple enclaves and environments, ensuring fast, reliable software delivery for defense technology.

You will build Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Terraform/Ansible/Crossplane and implement monitoring to support security operations and incident response across DISA STIG/NIST 800‑53 compliant systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust programming languages.
• Strong fundamentals in design patterns, testing, version control and debugging.
• Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, Crossplane or similar.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Linux system administration, networking, and scripting (Python, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines across multiple enclaves.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize build/test processes and security controls early.
• Build IaC frameworks to provision dev/test/prod environments meeting DISA STIG/NIST 800-53.
• Create monitoring/logging to validate security operations and incident response.
