Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Continuous Integration platform team. You will design, build, and operate automated pipelines that accelerate builds, tests, and deployments across multiple enclaves and environments.

You will collaborate with software engineers to improve reliability, security, and efficiency, delivering end-to-end epics with measurable impact on release velocity and product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code using Crossplane, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or similar.
• Working knowledge of Linux, networking, and scripting (Python, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines across multiple enclaves.
• Collaborate with software engineers to optimize build and test processes and reduce deployment friction.
• Build Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) to provision environments meeting DISA STIG and NIST 800-53 requirements.
• Create monitoring and logging infrastructure to validate security operations and incident response.
