Job summary

NetApp is hiring a Senior Manager to build and lead a dedicated CI/CD organization, owning qualification, automation, and release processes for ONTAP AFF, ONTAP Select, StorageGRID, and Trident in air-gapped environments.

The role focuses on strategy, team growth, and delivery against enterprise commitments, with a strong emphasis on automation, testing, and reliability across complex storage software stacks.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in software, systems, or infra engineering; 5+ years leading engineers.
• Proven experience building or scaling a CI/CD, release-qualification or test-automation org.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing CI/CD team with clear priorities and metrics.
• Define responsibilities across CTL, Product Engineering, QE, and Production Support.
• Own day-to-day software operations for partner environments including release qualification and patch validation.
• Lead end-to-end qualification lifecycle: planning, test design, validation, defect management, and release evidence.
• Monitor release health and create dashboards for observability and accountability.
