Job summary

EITACIES Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the Dashboard Build initiative.

You will design, implement, and operate scalable build and deployment systems, ensuring scalability, availability, and product quality while maintaining an exceptional developer experience in a FedRAMP High and IL5 compliant environment. Collaborate with product engineering and SRE teams to monitor build health, triage issues, enforce access control and audit logging, and drive automation with CI/CD

Qualifications

• 5+ years in development, build and release engineering.
• Experience building modular build systems for scalable CI infrastructure.
• CI/CD pipelines experience (Jenkins, GitLab, TeamCity, GitHub, Buildkite, CircleCI)
• Experience with Git, GitLab, GitHub
• Experience with containers in build environments (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Linux and open-source software experience
• Scripting in Shell, Groovy, Ruby, or similar
• JavaScript/TypeScript and React toolchains
• Ruby on Rails and RSpec pipelines

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate build and deploy systems, to meet FedRAMP High and IL5 requirements, with a focus on scalability, availability, product quality, and developer experience
• Translate security and compliance requirements into implementation: access control, audit logging, secret management, vulnerability response, and evidence collection
• Work closely with product engineering teams to monitor and maintain build health, velocity, and accuracy
• Collaborate with the SRE team to ensure scalability and availability of build systems
• Prevent, predict, and respond to issues, coordinating the triage and remediation efforts across the product teams
