Job summary

EITACIES Inc. is seeking a technical lead for the Dashboard Build team to design, implement, and operate build and deploy systems aligning with FedRAMP High and IL5 requirements. The role emphasizes security, reliability, and developer experience for U.S.

federal cloud environments. You will collaborate across engineering teams to scale build infrastructure, improve tooling, and reduce technical debt while ensuring compliance and audit readiness. This remote position requires U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in development, build, and release engineering.
• Experience building modular, scalable build systems for streamlined developer experience.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, TeamCity, GitHub, Buildkite, CircleCI, RWX.
• Proficiency with distributed VCS like Git, GitLab, GitHub.
• Experience using containers in build environments with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Strong scripting knowledge in Shell, Groovy, Ruby, or similar.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React toolchains.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and RSpec pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate build and deploy systems to meet high security and compliance requirements.
• Translate security/compliance needs into implementation: access control, audit logging, secrets management.
• Collaborate with product engineering to monitor build health and velocity.
• Work with SRE to ensure scalability and availability of build systems.
• Coordinate triage and remediation across product teams.
