EITACIES Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and operate build and deployment systems for a secure, scalable dashboard platform. This role emphasizes reliability, compliance, and developer experience.

You will collaborate with product engineering and SRE teams to maintain build health, integrate security controls, and accelerate delivery in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development, build, and release engineering experience.
• Experience designing modular build systems for scalable continuous infrastructure.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, TeamCity, GitHub, Buildkite, CircleCI, or RWX.
• Experience with distributed version control systems like Git/GitLab/GitHub.
• Experience using containers in build environments; familiar with AWS, Artifactory, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong Linux/open-source background and scripting (Shell, Groovy, Ruby or similar).
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and React toolchains; familiarity with Ruby on Rails and RSpec pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Translate security/compliance requirements into implementation: access control, audit logging, secret management, vulnerability response, evidence collection.
• Collaborate with product engineering to monitor build health, velocity, and accuracy.
• Work with SRE to ensure scalability and availability of build systems.
• Lead triage and remediation across product teams to prevent and respond to issues.

Senior Software Engineer, Dashboard Build

Location: 100% Remote within the US

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and operate build and deploy systems, to meet FedRAMP High and IL5 requirements, with a focus on scalability, availability, product quality, and developer experience
• Translate security and compliance requirements into implementation: access control, audit logging, secret management, vulnerability response, and evidence collection
• Work closely with product engineering teams to monitor and maintain build health, velocity, and accuracy
• Collaborate with the SRE team to ensure scalability and availability of build systems
• Prevent, predict, and respond to issues, coordinating the triage and remediation efforts across the product teams

Requirements:

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience in development, build, and release engineering
• Have experience with the development of modular build systems and tools for a scalable continuous infrastructure that provides a streamlined developer experience
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, TeamCity, GitHub, Buildkite, CircleCI, and/or RWX
• Experience with distributed version control systems such as Git, GitLab, and/or GitHub
• Experience with the use of containers in a build environment, and tools such as AWS, Artifactory, Docker, and/or Kubernetes
• Experience with Linux and open-source software
• Strong scripting knowledge using Shell, Groovy, Ruby, or similar scripting languages
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React toolchains and pipelines
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and RSpec pipelines

Bonus points for

• Experience with data collection, parsing, and visualization tools such as the Elastic Stack and Grafana
• Experience with FedRAMP Moderate/High, DoD IL4/IL5, FISMA, GovRAMP (formerly StateRAMP), or similar regulated environments
• Experience building or operating software in AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or other isolated cloud environments
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, secrets management, service mesh, zero-trust patterns, or compliance automation
• Interest in security and networking
