Job summary

Durham County Government is seeking a Social Services Quality Assurance Analyst in the Social Services (DSS) department. The role develops and maintains record review tools for Child Welfare programs to meet state and federal requirements.

You will conduct quality reviews, analyze error trends in case records, create summary reports for the Program Manager and Supervisors, and deliver targeted training, collaborating with Supervisors and partner agencies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work required; or Bachelor's degree in social work with Child Welfare Collaborative
• Experience in child welfare or related social services settings is preferred
• Strong analytical and communication abilities are essential

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and implement record review tools for Child Welfare programs.
• Conduct quality reviews and analyze error trends in case records.
