Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan with unit supervisors to ensure delivery of services and allocate staff.
• Coordinate with divisions and community organizations to meet client needs.
• Monitor expenditures and prepare reports.
• Provide on-the-job training and orientation to new employees.
• Ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Serve as back-up to on-call supervisors.
