Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for children in DHHS custody and pursue permanency.
• Document life histories, reports, court paperwork, and related records.
• Transport and accompany child to appointments and court.
• Participate in Permanency Planning Team and related meetings.
• Attend weekly staffings and trainings and state-mandated trainings.
• Prepare monthly statistical reports.
• Work mandatory emergency shelters and other duties.
