Responsibilities

• Assist in foster care and adult/aging services home visits in compliance with state statutes and policies.
• Assist clients in accessing services and monitoring progress on program applications.
• Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and trainings.
• Provide emotional support to adults and children during changes in environment.
• Testify in court to provide observations.
• Submit required documentation in a timely manner.
• Build collaborative relationships with outside agencies.
• Coordinate and provide transportation for LINKS events.
• Transport and accompany adults and youth to appointments to help achieve goals.
• Prepare and maintain observation reports and time documentation.
• Attend case conferences and mandatory emergency shelters duties.
