My Florida Families invites applications for a Child Protective Investigator Supervisor - SES in Largo, FL. The role supervises investigators and support staff, guiding casework, performance standards, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with state and federal rules.

Strong collaboration with community partners is essential. The position requires a bachelor’s degree (conferred), Florida certification in CPI, and a valid driver’s license, with responsibility for staff development

Qualificações

• A bachelor’s degree must be conferred at the time of application.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years in child welfare, preferred in child abuse investigations.
• Current Florida Child Protective Investigator Certification.
• Must be trained and practicing Florida's Safety Practice method.
• Valid Florida Driver License and access to private vehicle for daily work.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, plan and direct workloads, work flows, deadlines and time utilization of investigators and staff.
• Develop performance standards and plans for continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and evaluate employees; address performance as needed.
• Ensure CPI operations comply with federal/state rules and regulations.
• Collect, analyze, and report data on child protective investigations.
• Establish cooperative relationships with community organizations and agencies.
